Rob Gronkowski made a major announcement on Tuesday: he will be hosting a Super Bowl festival in South Florida.
The 30-year-old retired New England Patriots tight end and Fox Sports analyst said in an Instagram video that the “Gronk Beach” party would be held in Miami on Feb. 1, the day before Super Bowl LIV will be held in the city.

According to NBC10 Boston, Gronkowski will partner with sponsor Monster Energy for the big event, which is set to include performances by Flo Rida, Rick Ross, 3LAU, Kaskade and Diplo.
Gronk also teased a potential return to the NFL in an interview with ESPN on Tuesday, although he added a possible retirement exit wouldn’t happen anytime soon.
“I wouldn’t say ‘never coming back,'” the retired tight end told the network. “I’m 30 years old. I’m young. I still stay fit, still watch the game whenever I can, still enjoy it. I’m feeling good, but you know, one year off could possibly be the case. Or maybe two years off, man.”
“It’s always an option in the back of my head,” Gronkowski added. “It’s not like I’m not staying in shape and not doing anything. I’m never stressed over it.”
We’ll have to wait and see if Gronk — who spent his entire nine NFL seasons with the Patriots — will return to his former team or join another organization should he come out of retirement.
