The Golden State Warriors reached their fifth straight NBA Finals on Monday night after defeating the Portland Trail Blazers 119-117 to sweep the Western Conference Finals 4-0. The Warriors continue to be a dominant team in the NBA, setting both team and individual records in the league. Powered by superstars like Steph Curry, Draymond Green, Klay Thompson and DeMarcus Cousins, Golden State has won the last two NBA championships and three in the last four years.

Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks lead the Toronto Raptors 2-1 in the East Finals, with Game 4 set for Tuesday night at Scotiabank Arena.
