James scored 32 points in Game 4, and J.R. Smith and Kyle Korver added 30 points combined to propel the Cavaliers to victory. Cleveland topped the Eastern Conference the last three years, and finished fourth this year. Indiana finished fifth. The Pacers won their regular-season series 3-1.
Wednesday’s game at Quicken Loans Arena will begin at 7pm EST and will air on TNT. Cleveland’s George Hill, a former Pacer, missed Game 4 due to back spasms and has been listed as questionable for Game 5.
