Hall of Fame wrestler Bret “Hitman” Hart revealed that he has prostate cancer in an Instagram post shared on Monday.
Hart retired after suffering a concussion in 1999, he won the WWF world heavyweight title five times during his career and he also won two world heavyweight titles with the WCW to go along with an additional five US heavyweight titles in the WWE. Hart also suffered a stroke in 2002 but he vows he will fight this battle with all he’s got. “I make a solemn vow to all of those that once believed in me, the dead and the living, that I will wage my fearsome fight against cancer with one shield and one sword carrying my determination and my fury for life, emboldened by all the love that’s kept me going this long already.” Triple H and Chris Jericho reacted on social media:
