Puka Nacua Accused Of Making Antisemetic Remarks, Biting Woman, Lawyer Claims It Was Just ‘Horseplay’

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua has been accused of making antisemitic remarks and assaulting a woman in California.

The woman claims the two met on December 31, 2025. She claims that Nucua bit her and called her an antisemitic slur. The woman filed for a temporary restraining order and a lawsuit against Nacua. The judge declined the order, but it will be reviewed. 

Nacua’s legal team has denied the antisemitism allegations. His legal team said they have a witness who is willing to testify that he was sober and did not hear Nacua make any antisemitic remarks. 

His legal team is not outright denying the biting allegations. Nacua’s legal team downplayed the allegations by suggesting that it was just “horseplay.” However, the woman said that the bite left an impression of Nacua’s teeth on her skin. 

Levi McCathern, Nacua’s attorney, believes the allegations are just a money grab.

“Our office was contacted with demands of millions of dollars in exchange for not publicizing these allegations,” McCathern said. “This is not a legitimate claim; it is blackmail.”

He also believes that the allegations were made to stunt his NFL career. In an interview after a mediation conference, McCathern said that he believes the allegations being released just days after Jaxon Smith-Njigba’s record-breaking contract were no coincidence.

In December 2025, Nacua faced anti-semitism allegations for a touchdown dance.

Streamer Adin Ross brought Nacua on a stream. He showed Nacua a touchdown dance he wanted Nacua to do. The dance involved a motion that mimicked spinning a top, followed by rubbing his hands together. This move is known as the “covetous Jew” move. This move is meant to make Jewish people look greedy and evil. 

A hearing for the case is scheduled for April 14.
