Paul Millsap wants out of Brooklyn, and the Nets appear ready to placate the forward, as the two sides have agreed to find the four-time All-Star a team where he’ll have more playing time.

The 36-year-old has played in just two of the team’s last 17 games. It’s tough to see the floor when you have Kevin Durant, James Harden and Kyrie Irving on the team.

He picked the Nets over the Bulls and Warriors in free agency last offseason. But is clearly happy about a potential new move. “Motivation. Thank you [praying hands emoji]”:

Millsap was chosen by the Utah Jazz in the second round, 47th overall, of the 2006 NBA Draft.

Throughout the course of his career, he’s averaged 13.5 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 2.2 assists over 1,076 games—745 starts—for the Jazz, Atlanta Hawks, Denver Nuggets, and Nets.
