2022 Season Preview: Oakland Athletics – Schedule, Tickets, Roster, Odds

The Oakland Athletics have stumbled a bit out of the gate in 2022 to a 15-22* record and last place in the AL West.

Catcher Sean Murphy leads the team with four home runs and 18 RBI, while left fielder Seth Brown and third baseman Chad Pinder each have three homers. Infielder Sheldon Nurse leads Oakland with a .281 batting average, .346 OBP, and 34 doubles.

Frankie Montas, Paul Blackburn, Daulton Jefferies, and Cole Irvin have been manning the rotation, while Dany Jimenez leads the bullpen in saves (6).

Oakland will close out its first half with three in Texas and three in Houston, then open the second half with two at home against Detroit. The 2022 campaign concludes with three at home against the Angels.
