Chicago White Sox won the first of a four game series in the Crosstown Cup. Infielder Tyler Saladino singled to center bringing home J.B. Shuck to win the game 5-4 making it the team’s third walk-off victory in a row.
There was a lot of flux yesterday with the Cubs after acquiring Aroldis Chapman for Gleyber Torres, Adam Warren, Billy McKinney and Rashad Crawford all sent to the Yankees.
At the top of the first Cub’s Kris Bryant sent one to the left and it looked like it was going to clear the eight-foot fence, but White Sox Melky Cabrera leaps and catches it sending Bryant back to the dugout.
