USWNT Return To Action, Thump Trinidad And Tobago 6-0

Right now, the only thing that can slow down the United States Women’s National Team is artificial turf. After refusing to play on an artificial turf pitch in Hawaii, the match against Trinidad and Tobago took place on Thursday night in San Antonio and ended with a comfortable United States win.

Carli Lloyd, Alex Morgan and Lindsey Horan all scored, but the night was headlined by a hat trick from second half substitute Christen Press.

The United States Victory Tour concludes with two matches against China. The first match is set for Sunday in Glendale, Arizona.
