VIDEO EXCLUSIVE: U.S. Olympic Soccer Star Rose Lavelle Expresses Optimism About New Coach Emma Hayes

With Team USA gearing up for the Paris Olympics, star women’s soccer player Rose Lavelle has expressed her excitement about the new coach’s arrival. Lavelle’s confidence in the new leadership comes as a breath of fresh air for the team, which has faced challenges and changes in recent years.

Emma Hayes, the former coach of Britain’s Chelsea FC, was named to the position last November.

“We’re so excited for her to get in and get in the environment,” Lavelle said, highlighting the anticipation surrounding the new coach’s integration into the team. “I think she has such a winning mentality, such a winning resume. So I think we all know she’s going to help elevate this team and take this team to an even higher height than it’s been at. And we’re excited to be a part of it.”

This positive outlook is crucial as Team USA prepares for the highly anticipated Paris Olympics in 2024.
