Introducing your newest Saint, @DezBryant! ✖️
— New Orleans Saints (@Saints) November 7, 2018
The free agent was dealt a one-year contract that will pay him $600,000 on base salary for the rest of the season, and he has the ability to earn an additional $500,000 in incentives. Some of Bryant’s former teammates and other NFL contemporaries congratulated the wideout, proud that he finally got a chance with another team. Bryant was released by the Cowboys in April after eight years, and said at the time the move wasn’t his decision.
New teammate Lance Moore tweeted out his excitement for Bryant, among many Saints that welcomed the big red-zone target.
