Las Vegas Raiders safety Roderic Teamer was arrested on Saturday evening. He was charged with driving under the influence and speeding. Teamer was released on Sunday morning and was listed as inactive for the Raiders week 12 matchup against the Chiefs
“The Raiders are aware of an incident involving Roderic Teamer last night,” the statement read. “The club is in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this time.”
An undrafted free agent out of Tulane, Teamer signed with the Chargers in 2019 and made his NFL debut in September of that year.
Teamer has appeared in six games for the Raiders this season. He has been with the organization for three years.

Teamer has had prior disciplinary problems. He was suspended for four games in 2020 under the league’s substance-abuse policy.
