Tommy Gemmell (March 2, 2017, age 73)
Tommy Gemmell, a former player for Scottish club Celtic’s ‘Lisbon Lions’ team that won the 1967 European Cup, died on March 2 following a long illness. He was 73.
The former Scottish defender scored in the 2-1 victory against Inter Milan in 1967.
