Marquise Goodwin after son dies (Nov. 12)
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Marquise Goodwin lost his newborn son due to complications during his wife’s pregnancy. The death came hours before his team defeated the New York Giants 31-21 for their first win of the season.
Goodwin scored a touchdown in the game.
