The NBA is slated to return July 30 to resume its season. They will play in a bubble city inside Walt Disney World in Orlando. There have been some concerns by NBA players as to how long they will be inside the bubble.

It was originally reported that players would be in Orlando for around 82 days. On Thursday however, it came out that only four of the 22 teams inside the bubble will be there for more than 67 days. Within the first 53 days of the bubble, 14 of the 22 teams will be let out of the bubble as they will have been eliminated from the playoffs.

Some players have come out and said that they might not go into the bubble and if that were to be the case, teams would be able to sign free agents, or players who have two-way contracts with a team and the G-League, to replace players. The lone exception will be that teams can not sign international players if they were not on an NBA roster at the start of this season.

Notable free-agents for teams to sign include Darren Collison, DeMarcus Cousins, Allen Crabbe, Jamal Crawford, Tyreek Evans, Kenneth Faried, Tyler Johnson, JR Smith and Isaiah Thomas, among other players.

Later in June, teams will be able sign players during a one week period. Also during that time, the eight teams that are not going to be participating in the bubble, will be allowed to sign and waive players, but it is unclear as to whether or not those players will be able to be signed by the teams in the bubble.
