The box jump post has become a recent fad for athletes: with J.J. Watt showing off his successful and failed attempts at a 61-inch jump — which he also used to promote his deal with Reebok — and even Baylor’s Shawn Oakman doing a 40-inch jump with 70-pound dumbbells.
Holley, who is the sister of the New York Jets’ James Mangold, went to 2012 U.S. Olympic games, where she placed tenth in her weightlifting division. She is currently training for the 2016 games and is putting up some serious numbers. Just today she posted a video of her power cleaning 140 kg, which is roughly a bit over 308 pounds. Her personal best is 255 kilos or roughly 562.2 pounds.
