San Antonio Spurs Announce Special Nike Fiesta Jerseys
The NBA has postponed the San Antonio Spurs’ next three games because four players tested positive for COVID-19.
The league announced on Tuesday that aside from the Spurs games being postponed that the Charlotte Hornets are undergoing contact tracing and will have their next two games postponed. The Hornets played the Spurs on Sunday. The Spurs are currently remaining quarantined in Charlotte since Sunday’s game.
The affected scheduled games for the Spurs included Wednesday’s matchup with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Saturday’s game against the New York Knicks and Monday’s game against the Indiana Pacers are also postponed. Charlotte’s affected games include Wednesday’s matchup with the Chicago Bulls and Friday’s away game against the Denver Nuggets.
The next possible game for San Antonio will be on February 24 against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The league will be shuffling games around as they try to schedule the postponed games for both teams.
