What Does a Marshawn Lynch Touchdown Sound like from Two Miles Away?

Have you ever wondered what a Marshawn Lynch touchdown sounded like outside the stadium? How about from two miles away?

The video is from this past Sunday, when Marshawn Lynch scored the go ahead touchdown against the St. Louis Rams, putting the Seahawks up 13-6. Everybody has always knew the fans at CenturyLink Field were loud, but to be that vocal over two miles away is a little ridiculous. Here is a video of what the crowd sounded like in the stadium.

While the quality of that video is poor, there is one thing for certain: the fans at CenturyLink are fairly vocal. Between 2002 and 2012, opponents have accumulated over 143 false start penalties and for awhile the Century Link had the record for highest decibel level at sports arena — eventually the Kansas City Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium defeated that in 2014.

Either way, one thing is for sure, the Seahawks define the term home-field advantage: between 2002-2014 they are 73-31 during the regular season and 7-1 in the playoffs.
