A trade that would have sent Phoenix Suns superstar Kevin Durant to the Minnesota Timberwolves was vetoed by the slim reaper.

Recent reports revealed that Durant’s preferred destinations are the Miami Heat, San Antonio Spurs and Houston Rockets. Despite the details being arranged for a trade to Minnesota and a third team involved, Durant said no.

The Timberwolves are considered a frontrunner to be Durant’s next team, with odds of +350 on many sportsbooks.
