Veteran (now former) free-agent guard Goran Dragic is signing with the Brooklyn Nets for the remainder of the season.
Dragic, 35, started the season with Toronto before he was sent to San Antonio at the trade deadline. Shortly thereafter his contract was bought out.
The Los Angeles Lakers, Golden State Warriors, L.A. Clippers, Chicago Bulls, and Milwaukee Bucks were considered potential suitors for the former All-Star (2018) who also earned the 2014 Most Improved Player award.
Playing in his 14th season, Dragic averaged 8.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.8 assists over five games for the Raptors, though he never played in a game for the Spurs.
