Indianapolis Colts rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson could be out for a month following an injury to his right shoulder.
He left the game in the second quarter after a tackle by Titans linebacker Harold Landry kept him on the ground before staffers attended to him, despite being questionable, he was ruled out in the second half. Before the injury, Richardson went nine or 12 for 98 yards.
Richardson was replaced by Gardner Minshew, who helped lead the Colts to a win over the Tennessee Titans 23-16.
Richardson is expected to go through an MRI of his shoulder and will receive a second opinion, as the initial belief was that he suffered a grade three sprain to the AC joint.
