Chicago Bears’ TE Jimmy Graham Goes Unscathed In Car Accident
The Chicago Bears’ tight end Jimmy Graham experienced a scary incident where his car rolled over on Thursday.
Graham posted on Twitter that he was fine and explained the situation. Graham said in a tweet, “Just wanted to get ahead of this and tell everybody I’m fine.” The tweet was short but straightforward, as he added, “was in an accident this morning trying to avoid a disabled vehicle in the center lane, I walked away from it unscathed.”
The five-time Pro Bowl swerved to avoid getting into a more dangerous crash but was fortunate enough to go unscathed. Additionally, it was reported that he did not want to be checked by first responders. Due to his actions, he was deemed not responsible for the incident.
The Bears’ tight end will enter his final year in his contract with the team. Graham is set to earn $6.9 million for 2021 and an additional $3 million.
