Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has shut down rumors that he is leaving the club for Real Madrid next season, insisting he is “very happy” at Stamford Bridge.

Here is what Courtois said when asked about the reports:
“I don’t see myself at Real Madrid. I see myself at Chelsea, the club that six years ago saw me playing in Belgium and gave me the opportunity to sign for them.

Courtois’ current deal with Chelsea expires in June 2019.
Spanish newspaper Marca recently reported Real Madrid may go after him if they fail to sign Manchester United goalie David De Gea next summer.
