Tristan Thompson might be out for a while.
The Cleveland Cavaliers (3-5) center injured his left calf in Wednesday’s 124-107 home loss to the Indiana Pacers. Thompson was limited to only 15 minutes of play.
Alex Hooper of 92.3 The Fan reported that Thompson left Quicken Loans Arena on crutches. He is reportedly scheduled to undergo an MRI on Thursday.
Thompson compiled two points and seven rebounds in the loss. He had played in a franchise-record 447 straight games before a sprained thumb sidelined him for a few games last season.
