Aaron Rodgers Shows Up To Training Camp Looking Like Nicolas Cage – And Fans Are Having Field Day With Reactions

Fans are losing their minds over Aaron Rodgers showing up to training camp with a new look.

The Green Bay Packers posted a video today of its star quarterback walking in slow motion towards Lambo field with a muscle t-shirt and a pair of jeans.

It’s also important to note that Rodgers does indeed still have his long hair.

The look has been compared to Cameron Poe, who was played by Nicolas Cage in Con Air.

And fans were relentless on social media about it.

One Twitter user reacted: “Aaron Rodgers looking like perhaps the most divorced man in history.”

Another focused on Rodgers dropping his bag: “Usually don’t see Aaron Rodgers fumble a bag like this until the NFC Championship game.”

And even sports television personality Skip Bayless got in on the action.

“Halloween came early at Packers camp when the GB QB arrived as Cameron Poe in ‘Con Air,'” Bayless said.

“Rodgers wasn’t going exactly for that Nic Cage look. After all, he’s the greatest regular-season QB ever. (Playoffs: 11-10)”

Here are some other golden reactions from social media.

Regardless, Packers fans will surely take this over the awkwardness that surrounded their star quarterback last year.

At the time, he reportedly wanted out of Green Bay because he was unhappy with the front office.

But the relationship appears to have been settled.

This year, Rodgers signed a three-year contract extension worth more than $150 million with the Packers.

The Athletic reports that Rodgers will “definitely” retire in Green Bay.

That move came as Rodgers mulled retirement following a disappointing loss in the playoffs to the San Francisco 49ers
