After refusing to play on an artificial turf pitch in Hawaii, the match against Trinidad and Tobago took place on Thursday night in San Antonio and ended with a comfortable United States win.

Carli Lloyd, Alex Morgan and Lindsey Horan all scored, but the night was headlined by a hat trick from second half substitute Christen Press.

Press scored immediately after entering the game in the 61st minute. She also scored in the 75th, before completing her third career hat trick in the  84th minute.

The United States Victory Tour concludes with two matches against China. The first match is set for Sunday in Glendale, Arizona.
