Chase Daniel Signs Multilayer Deal With Eagles

The Eagles announced the agreement on Thursday.

Pederson, who just joined the Eagles as head coach, had been Daniel’s offensive coordinator with the Chiefs.

Daniel will backup starting QB Sam Bradford in Philadelphia. The Chiefs signed Daniel to a three-year, $10 million contract to be their primary backup to Alex Smith. Daniel, 29, made two starts for the Chiefs, the only ones of his NFL career, and went 1-1 in those two games.
