14-Year-Old Stephen Curry Predicts NBA Career (Video)

Way back in the early 2000s, a young Stephen Curry was featured on a show called Off the Hardwood. Dell Curry, his father, was the spotlight of the show as it took a look at basketball players’ lives off the court. And by interviewing the Toronto Raptor star, they met his two sons Stephen and Seth. Both have enjoyed a bit of success in the NBA, even Seth played a bit professionally before going on in the D-League.

Just recently, the video resurfaced and it contained some bold predictions from Stephen about his NBA future. It begins with Stephen talking about playing baseball before he gave it up for basketball because he was simply better at it. He goes on to say that he would rather focus on basketball, so he would have a better chance making the NBA.

The short video ends with the two brothers playing one-on-one with each other: who knew that this young cocky kid would grow up to be arguably one of the best point guards in the game.
