The New England Patriots tight end, who missed the end of the season after sustaining a back injury against the New York Jets on Nov. 27, caught full beer cans tossed by fans at his team’s Super Bowl LI victory parade in Boston on Tuesday.

Gronkowski, aka “Gronk,” seemed to be in the full spirit of celebration as he excitedly cheered, danced, waived his arms, and caught the beers. The tight end then proceeded to drink the beers before throwing the cans to the ground as if mimicking his signature “Gronk spike,” which he does with a football after touchdown celebrations.

Fans continued to cheer while seeing the funny tight end, renown for his antics both on and off the field, catch and chug the Bud Lights and other beers.

Despite rain and cold weather, fans seemed delighted to attend the five-time Super Bowl champions’ parade.

Sounds of “Brady! Brady!” ”TB12!” and “MVP” rang out throughout the procession as fans proudly wore No. 12 jerseys and proudly held signs declaring veteran quarterback Tom Brady the “G.O.A.T”– greatest of all time.

“We’re going to remember this one for the rest of our lives and we know you will too,” Brady shouted from a stage at the parade’s end at City Hall. “I told you we were going to bring this sucker home and we brought it home!”

The Patriots defeated the Atlanta Falcons 34-28 in overtime in Houston on Sunday after trailing 28-3 up until early in the third quarter.
