After a video came to light over the weekend of reigning NFL MVP Lamar Jackson getting tackled into a jet ski during a beach football game, Baltimore Ravens fans probably had their right to be worried. Although in the video it appeared that Jackson was not injured, no details have come out otherwise.

During what seemed to be a friendly game of touch football on the beach, Jackson was evading a defender when he tripped over a wave into a jet ski parked near the shore. For Baltimore it seems like all that they should do now is keep their franchise quarterback out of harm’s way until the team reports to training camp in late July.

Last season for the Ravens, Jackson became the first quarterback in league history to throw for more than 3,000 yards (3,127) and rushed for 1,000 yards (1,206). Jackson also scored a total of 43 touchdowns (36 passing, 7 rushing) on the way to leading the Ravens to a 14-2 record, him winning the MVP and being named the cover athlete for Madden NFL 21. This all taking place mind you during his second season in the NFL.
