Toronto Blue Jays 2019 Season Tickets As Low As $9 For A Seat [Dates, Deals & Ticket Info]

The city of Toronto just celebrated its first-ever NBA Finals trophy with the Raptors, but are going to miss out on glory in the MLB this year with the Blue Jays. The Jays are currently 26-46 entering into the prime time of the regular season, winning just three of their last 10. Their home record is poor to say the least at 12-23, and the franchise’s ticket prices reflect that.

The Blue Jays came into 2019 in rebuild mode. Russell Martin and Kevin Pillar were offloaded to focus more on the youth farm. Prospects are loaded on the Jays, with Nate Pearson, Eric Paradinho and Sean Reid-Foley showing promise in the bullpen for the future.

On Stubhub, tickets are low as $9 for a seat at the Rogers Centre in Toronto for this week’s series against the Los Angeles Angels. Prices rise for the future home games but just faintly. When the Jays host the Kansas City Royals and the Baltimore Orioles, tickets are just shy of $15.

SPORTS FIGURES WHO DIED IN 2019- TRIBUTE SLIDESHOW

First baseman Justin Smoak has hit the injury list, which puts the roster in more turmoil than it already was. After Smoak’s injury, the Blue Jays have exactly 10 outfield players (besides pitchers) to work with. That’s one sub to work with and its a catcher. Rowdy Tellez will likely take first base while the Blue Jays scramble through their DH’s for other replacements in the field.

The Blue Jays are currently fourth in the AL East, 18.5 games behind first-place New York Yankees, and a fine line between third and fourth with 13 games behind the Boston Red Sox. The Orioles are last in the AL East, with a 21-51 record.

Here is a list of the upcoming Blue Jays home games before the MLB All-Star break:

  • June 18 – 20 vs. Los Angeles Angels
  • June 28 – July 1 vs. Kansas City Royals
  • July 2 – 4 vs. Boston Red Sox
  • July 5 – 7 vs. Baltimore Orioles
