A five-year extension with the New Orleans Saints worth $96 million and $60 million guaranteed is expected to be signed by offensive tackle Ryan Ramczyk, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter and NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The deal will make Ramczyk the highest-paid right tackle in football.
The 27-year-old is now signed with the Saints until 2026 and will earn $19.2 million a year. Ramczyk was drafted in the 2017 NFL Draft and has earned Second-Team All-Pro in 2018 and 2020, while earning First-Team in 2019.
In 2019, he did not allow a single sack and received the highest rating for offensive lineman that year. Ramczyk has missed just one game in his four seasons and started in every game he has played. He has not missed a game since 2018.
