Rob Gronkowski’s Home Reportedly Burglarized During Super Bowl LII, Police Say
New England Patriots star Rob Gronkowski’s Massachusetts home was robbed while he was playing in Sunday’s Super Bowl in Minneapolis, local authorities stated.

Foxborough Police Chief William Baker stated at a press conference Tuesday morning that the robbery was reported at 6:18 pm Monday. Baker added it occurred while 28-year-old tight tend Gronkowski was playing in Minneapolis, where the Patriots lost to the Philadelphia Eagles 41-33.
The nature of the items stolen from Gronkowski’s home were not revealed.
“We will have no further comment on the case until the case is solved,” said Baker.

A neighbor told a local television station he noticed that the gate to Gronkowski’s property was ajar early Sunday afternoon.
Los Angeles Dodgers right-fielder Yasiel Puig had a similar experience during the 2017 World Series. While he was playing in Game 7 at Dodger Stadium, authorities arrived at his L.A. home and discovered a smashed window and missing property.
Gronkowski had nine catches for 116 yards and two touchdowns in Super Bowl LII. He made headlines in his post-game press conference when he did not explicitly commit to playing with the Patriots next season.
