The Boston Red Sox will start a home series against the Los Angeles Angels on Tuesday night, and here is what you need to know.
This will be the opener of a three-game series at Fenway Park. The Red Sox (52-27) are coming off a 5-0 victory over the Seattle Mariners, while the Angels (41-38) last lost to the Kansas City Royals 2-0. Angels infielder Luis Valbuena has been playing particularly well, as the Venezuelan has three homers in four games.

Left-hander David Price (8-5, 3.81 ERA) will start for Boston against another lefty, John Lamb (0-0, 5.4 ERA). Price boasts 82 strikeouts this season, while Lamb has struck out just nine batters.
