Manchester United’s Paul Pogba Slammed By Fans For Instagram Post, Poor Performance Against Liverpool

Paul Pogba is not liked by even many Manchester United fans at the moment.

Manchester United’s Paul Pogba Slammed By Fans For Instagram Post

The 23-year-old French midfielder, who signed with the Red Devils from Italian club Juventus last summer for a record-value deal, was lambasted by fans for his poor showing in Sunday’s 1-1 home tie against Liverpool.

Pogba missed a scoring opportunity in the first half and gave away a penalty for Liverpool’s goal.

One would have thought the youngster would have chosen to maintain a low profile after that performance, but instead, he took to Instagram to promote his new ‘Paul Pogba adidas collection.”

“Here goes the launch of the PP adidas collection, the PP collection is in the house,” the caption of the photo reads, the first half of it in French.

Many of the comments about the post from fans were negative, and all seemed to make more or less the same criticism:

scott1619 said: “Maybe spend more time training and less time on social media.”

raymondopesi said: “Guy go and focus on football not your hair style.”

rama.n10 said: “89 million flop focus on football. The way you played against Liverpool was appalling.”

triplem86 said: “I am curious to know when you train. It seems you are acting and working on your style. For god sake please focus on playing.”

2 parry said: “Think you need to concentrate just on your football pal, it’s still just potential, don’t get ahead of your self.”

irwaniz said: “Perhaps just change your career.”

Clearly, Pogba will have to play extremely well in United’s next game in order to regain many fans’ respect.
