Packers’ Davante Adams Taken To Hospital After Being Hit By Bears’ Danny Trevathan

The Green Bay Packers seemed incensed about Chicago Bears linebacker Danny Trevathan’s hit on wide receiver Davante Adams during Thursday night’s game at Lambeau Field.

Adams was transported to a local hospital after Trevathan landed a vicious helmet-to-helmet hit on him in the third quarter of the Packers’ 35-14 victory.

Green Bay also lost running back Ty Montgomery to broken ribs on the first drive of the game.

The Packers (3-1, 1st in NFC North) next visit the Dallas Cowboys on Oct. 8, while the Bears (1-3, 4th in NFC North) will host the Minnesota Vikings on Oct. 9.
