The Green Bay Packers seemed incensed about Chicago Bears linebacker Danny Trevathan’s hit on wide receiver Davante Adams during Thursday night’s game at Lambeau Field.
Adams was transported to a local hospital after Trevathan landed a vicious helmet-to-helmet hit on him in the third quarter of the Packers’ 35-14 victory.
Green Bay also lost running back Ty Montgomery to broken ribs on the first drive of the game.
The Packers (3-1, 1st in NFC North) next visit the Dallas Cowboys on Oct. 8, while the Bears (1-3, 4th in NFC North) will host the Minnesota Vikings on Oct. 9.
