Mecole Hardman has signed a one-year deal with the Green Bay Packers.

Hardman will help to fill the void the Packers will have until Christian Watson recovers from his torn ACL.

Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst said the team is preparing to begin the 2025 season without Watson, who was injured in the final game of the regular season.

Hardman has played the majority of his six-year NFL career with the Kansas City Chiefs after being selected in the second round of the 2019 draft.

In 2024, Hardman appeared in 12 games for the Chiefs, recording 12 receptions for 90 yards with no touchdowns, along with five rushes for 62 yards and a touchdown.

As a rookie in 2019, Hardman earned a Pro Bowl selection for his kick return skills, highlighted by a 26.1-yard average and a 104-yard touchdown.

Hardman also spent part of the 2023 season with the New York Jets, playing in four games after signing as a free agent.
