Following a week of protests across all major sports, some NFL teams are canceling practice for the second day in a row to protest the shooting of unarmed black man, Jacob Blake. One team among those canceling are the Baltimore Ravens, which released a statement on Thursday that supported the protesting players and called for justice.

This is the most powerful and pointed statement that has been released by a team so far. It outlined specific demands in regards to justice and specific policy changes to move for racial equality in the justice system forward It is unclear whether there will be a bigger push within the NFL to get the owners involved or to perhaps boycott games.
