With the NFL regular season approaching its end, these are the current post-season teams. The post-season will feature 14 teams, seven from the AFC and NFC. However, there is a chance the league may extend the playoff format to 16 if the season gets disrupted by COVID-19. In that case, the possible eight playoff teams in both conferences are included in this list.
The AFC
1. Kansas City Chiefs (13 wins, one loss). The Chiefs have clinched not only the first seed but home-court advantage and the AFC West division.
2. Pittsburgh Steelers (11 wins, two losses). The Steelers have clinched themselves a playoff spot but not the AFC North division. The Steelers are the current division leaders, but they could clinch the division title if they win Monday night against the Cincinnati Bengals.

3. Buffalo Bills (11 wins, three losses), The Bills have secured themselves both a playoff spot and their first AFC East division title in over 25 years.
4.Tennessee Titans (10 wins, four losses). The Titans are currently the AFC South division leaders and ahead of the Colts who share the same record. Titans has the tie-breaker because they have a division games record of four wins and one loss.
5. Cleveland Browns (10 wins, four losses). The Browns are currently holding the first wild card spot and could make the playoffs for the first time in 18 years.
6. Indianapolis Colts (10 wins, four losses). The Colts currently hold the second wild-card spot and are tied in the AFC South with the Titans. Indianapolis division games record of three wins and two losses prevents them from being first in the division.
7. Miami Dolphins (nine wins, five losses). Miami has a slight half a game lead over the Ravens for the final wild-card spot.
8. Baltimore Ravens (nine wins, five losses). Struggling Ravens have the chance to make it if the league expands the playoff format.
The NFC
1. Green Bay Packers (11 wins, three losses). The Packers are on track for home-field advantage and have clinched the NFC North division title.
2. New Orleans Saints (10 wins, four losses). Saints missed out on clinching the NFC South division but are still the leaders.
3. Seattle Seahawks (10 wins, four losses). Seattle are the current division leaders after the Rams lost to the Jets, but are secured a playoff spot.
4. Washington Football Team (six wins, eight losses). Washington was able to become the NFC East division leader after the Giants lost to Cleveland. Washington has not secured themselves a playoff spot yet. Both the Cowboys and Giants are behind one game for first in the NFC East.
5. Los Angeles Rams (nine wins, five losses). The humiliating loss to the Jets prevented them from clinching a playoff spot and the division. The Rams are holding on to the first wild card spot.
6. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (nine wins, five losses). Tampa has the second wild-card spot as Tom Brady looks to lead them to a playoff spot.
7. Arizona Cardinals (eight wins, six losses). Currently hold the third and final wild-card spot after defeating the Eagles.
8. Chicago Bears (seven wins, seven losses). Possibility if the league expands the playoff format.
