Attention, all NBA fans! The NBA regular season is coming up, but before that, the Brooklyn Nets will host the New York Knicks for a preseason game on Sunday, Oct. 8 at Barclays Center.
The game will begin at 7:30 pm EST. Standard tickets start at $35 on Ticketmaster.com. There is an eight-ticket limit for this game, and group discounts for parties of ten or more are available for purchase by calling 855-GROUP-BK.
The Knicks have undergone several management changes this year: president Phil Jackson left after three seasons in charge and was replaced by vice president of basketball operations Steve Mills. Scott Perry was named the team’s new general manager shortly beforehand.
Veteran small forward Carmelo Anthony has been seeking a trade from the Knicks this offseason after six seasons with the team. The Houston Rockets are Anthony’s preferred destination, according to several reports.
