Lakers Booed, Lose By 28 To Zion-Less Pelicans

If the on-the-court results weren’t apparent enough, the fans’ reactions made it clear: the Lakers are in serious trouble.

The team Sunday night suffered its worst loss of the season—123-95 against the Zion Williamson-less Pelicans, nevertheless.

Things got so bad that the home fans booed LeBron James and company.

After the boos subsided, broadcasters noted that it was so quiet that you could “literally hear a mouse fart.”


Perhaps the fans had a point: The Lakers were down to the Pelicans by 30 points after the third quarter and lost by 28.
