As a rookie, Holland started 13 games for the Dolphins and was often utilized as a blitzer. The next season, he became a team captain—the youngest in franchise history—and continued his strong play with 96 tackles in 2022, followed by 74 in 2023.

Over four seasons, Holland has recorded five interceptions, five forced fumbles and 301 tackles.

Other signings for the Giants include Paulson Adebo, Roy-Robertson Harris, Darius Slayton, James Hudson III, Chris Board, Chauncey Golston and Stone Forsythe.
