Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt unveiled his signature shoe from Reebok at an event in New York on Thursday morning.

According to the Houston Chronicle, Watt called it the “coolest day ever” and said every athlete dreams of having his own shoe.
“If you’re not waking up in the morning trying to be the greatest athlete in the world, then you’re not doing it right,” Watt said at the unveiling.
The shoes will cost $99 and be officially released on July 15. Watt, 27, now joins Yao Ming, Shaquille O’Neal and Allen Iverson as the only athletes to have their names on a Reebok shoe.

The sneaker, which is white with red trim and the J.J. logo on the tongue, isn’t particularly flashy, and some have compared it to the much-maligned Stephen Curry Under Armour sneakers.
The star Texan was spotted wearing the shoe at the team’s facilities during minicamp earlier this month.
