‘Game of Thrones’ Star Hafthór Björnsson Breaks Another World Record
Game of Thrones star Hafthór Björnsson, known as ‘The Mountain’ on the HBO show, has broken another world record. At the beginning of February, we reported on Hafthór breaking a 1,000-year-old record by carrying a 1,433 pound log five steps.
And just over a month later, he has broken another world record at the 2015 Arnold Sports Festival. There he competed in the kettlebell throw, where he threw a 56-pound kettlebell 19 feet and three inches into the air. Best of all, his trainers were able to capture the feat on video and they posted it on his Instagram account.
