During yesterday’s Clippers and Rockets game, Doc Rivers seemed to be enjoying himself. His Chris Paul-less team was holding their own against the one-two punch of James Harden and Dwight Howard.
And he was enjoying himself so much that the usually stoic Rivers decided to have some fun with the Rockets’ fans. “Hey, I don’t hear y’all crying now. I don’t hear y’all crying now,” he joked with them after a call. While some fans looked annoyed, most laughed at the jest.
Either way, Rivers backed up his talk, with the Clippers winning game one 117-101.
