Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw has yet to decide if he will re-sign with the team to continue his career. 

Kershaw called into a radio show on AM 570 LA Sports and said that he was still figuring out his destination next season, stating that’s he discussing with his wife where the next steps would be for his career.

A lifelong Dodger for 16 years, Kershaw underwent surgery on November 3 for his shoulder. He said he was doing “really well” the first few months after the procedure. 

Kershaw believes he could be ready to pitch next summer.

“I think I’m doing really well,” he said. “I don’t have a lot to compare it to. I’ve never had surgery before, but I really do feel great, all things considered.”

Kershaw also commented on Shohei Ohtani joining the Dodgers, calling it “great” and describing him as a “unique talent.” 

Many in the Dodgers organization would like Kershaw to return, including President of Baseball Operations Andrew Friedman
