Sanya Richards-Ross gave fellow athletes competing at the Olympics advice on how to stay motivated. The former Olympian competed for the United States in the 400-meter sprint. During high school, Richards-Ross was a nine-time individual state champion, winning four 100-meter titles, three 200-meter titles, one 400-meter title and a long jump title. The ex-Longhorn became the first freshman to win an NCAA championship in the 400-meter and the 4 x 100-meter relay. R
