Kyrie Irving’s 50 Points Lead Nets Past Hornets
Consider this one stamped. And then some.
The Nets routed the Hornets 132-121 on the road Tuesday, and a big reason why was Kyrie Irving pouring in 50 points.
“You just wanna really put your stamp on a game early and then be able to play the game the right way,” Irving said after the contest. “And that’s what we did tonight.”
Irving added six assists, three rebounds, a steal, and a block in the victory.
With the win, Brooklyn (33-33) snapped a four-game skid and now sits as the ninth seed in the East—the Nets, at one point this season, held the conference’s top spot.
