On Saturday, Naomi Osaka will face off against Victoria Azarenka in the women’s U.S. Open final after Azarenka’s 1-6, 6-3, 6-3 win over tennis legend Serena Williams on Thursday night. After jumping out to a fast start, winning the first set, Williams looked visibly gassed out at the end of the game culminating with an ace from Azarenka.

This ends Williams run for her twenty-fourth grand slam title, a disappointed William explained what drives her to win. “Obviously I’m never satisfied,” she said. “That’s been the story of my career. So, yeah, it is what it is. I took a year and a half off for a baby. So I don’t know. It’s like I’ll never be satisfied until I retire. I’m never going to stop until I retire. It’s just my personality. That’s how I got to be here.”

The final on Saturday is set up to be a war with both Osaka and Azarenka playing superb tennis through the entirety of the tournament. This will be Azarenka’s first grand slam final since 2013, she and Osaka will both be going for their third title, and she will try to break a drought that has mostly been caused by having to face Williams.
