The New York Yankees will visit the Cleveland Indians on Thursday, and here is what you need to know.
This will be the opener of a four-game series. The Yankees (60-31) last beat the Baltimore Orioles 9-0 on Wednesday night. The Indians (50-41) are coming off a 19-4 victory over the Cincinnati Reds.

Righty Corey Kluber, one of this year’s All-Stars, will likely start for Cleveland. Kluber (12-4, 2.49 ERA) boasts 123 strikeouts this year. He will face fellow right-hander Luis Severino (14-2, 2.12 ERA), who has struck out 143 batters in 2018.
